Dears I bought a c4 dual smartphone with manufacturing defects causing sudden phone restart which is annoying. I have submitted the phone three times to your service center in jeddah saudi arabia, but still the problem not solved. So now am asking for a replacement phone which your agent in saudi arabia refusing to provide and asking me to service it during my useless two years warranty which means I have to come on weekly basis to service a faulty phone which is ridiculous

Hi I have a Xperia z2 for less than two years. Yesterday, the phone accidentally fell in the washing machine with a little water in it I pick it immediately less than four seconds. But know it has a lot water inside it still can open, but cannot function properly. It has a lot of glitches and many keep on popping up. I'm just curious I thought it has water resistance, but why it is a short time the phone absorb a lot water in an instance? I' will go the Sony Xperia service center philippines now. Buy the way the hotline for Xperia philippines is a sham. They will tell to wait all the representative are buzy, but you will just keep on waiting because it's really not working. At my house they use Samsung I'm only the one trusting Sony, but why a loyal customer like me cannot even avail a good customer hotline Thank you.

I PURCHASED SONY TV MODEL LCD 81 Cm KLV-32Ex300 on 30 May 2010 in PUNE IN INDIA. FEW DAYS BACK, I NOTICED BUBBLES APPEARING ON THE SCREEN. THE BUBBLES ARE INCREASING ALL OVER THE SCREEN. I complained to the local address- servicehead@ap. Sony.com and SonyIndia. Care@ap. Sony.com wide complaint No 33674911 dated 02/08/2016. They have written that this is a DISPLAY PROBLEM and the screen is to be changed costing approximately INR 16000. I feel this is a material and manufacturing problem and should be replaced free of cost. Please give your decision.

I cherish all the photographs I shot with my Sony Camera. But all on a sudden the lens stopped reflecting image. I approached authorised SONY Service centre in TRICHY{ JOB NO. J61345251dt, 06/06/2016}, TAMIL NADU, INDIA AND REPORTED THE MATTER TO SONY CARE, CHENNAI, INDIA. The reply I got is as follows: "enap for MOUNTED C BOARD- SY-224 COMPL- ENAP". " condition of set: WHITE DISPLAY"
The camera was returned to me saying that the component is not available. Could you please arrange replacement of the above component?.

On dated 22nd June from Sony centre chandigarh call me and inform me Sony will replace your TV with New TV and ask me choose any other model if you want then I select new 40" TV and I agree to pay difference amount, but till now services centre not full fill the commitment and Today he informed me your part only repair not replying with new
I do not know why they are cheet me.
I am delighted customer and faith Sony, but they are broke it

Regarding my Job Number : J60007466. I have received a call from Technician on 6-June-2016 morning. Technician was saying that he has checked my laptop and need to replace the hinges, for this he asked me to pay around 550 Singapore dollers because of physical damage. I have requested him to give genuine diagnosis report and he is also confirmed that this is not physical damage. Technician told me that he cannot take any decision on on this and need to check with his service manager. I have been following up to Sony customer support for last two weeks by daily basis to know the repair status of my laptop. No one is giving any proper answers and always saying that its pending with service manager decision and last friday (10-Jun-2016) evening the service manager called me and offered 40% discount for repairing cost and he is also confirmed that is not physical damage. Its purely on product design and material quality issues. Could you please help to call me @ +65 97764899.

Dear Sir / MadamGood dayThis is regarding my Xperia Z2 tablet (SGP 521). I bought this tablet from USA in January 2015 and the screen got cracked by itself during charging. I went to one service center (India), but was told that since the table is bought from USA, repair may be impossible. Dejected, I went to Dubai and handed over the tablet to Sony authorised pick up center at Jumbo, Karama on the 8th March 2016. The Customer number is 1002, Call Slip number is CL 73007. They too seem to be washing their hands off the tablet. The ONLY problem with the tablet is its DIGITIZER is cracked, but the LCD is in good order. Thats IT. I do not mind getting the entire unit replaced and am ready to pay for it too. For such a small issue, I am doing circles of various service centers around the globe that too the tablet is an original SONY made item. What I do not understand is that how can a company like SONY not provide support?We are told that Sony company policy doesnot allow.

Regret to inform that Sony XPERIA M5 Dual purchased at Mumbai on one Nov 2015 and within less than a week it started giving problem of getting switched off in midst of call even though the battery is completely charged. I kept on writing e mails and giving my handset to authorized service centers of KRISH Electronics for four times and yet no concrete solution offered. Its extremely annoying as during important conversations there is a gross disturbance and its resulting in poor work output and finances are getting affected. Please give me a NEW PETTY PACKED SEALED HANDSET or COMPLETE REFUND OF MONEY I PAID FOR BUYING INSTRUMENT.

TO :The senior managersony worldwide customer care. dear sir, this is for your information we are facing very worst service from your indian customer service people. we had a complaint to sony india (south india) service request id 29493337 dt 08/12/2015 accordingly a service engineer came to our residence on 10/12/2015 from chennai services (authorized dealer of sony service center), address : abirami plaza, no 17/4. m. k. reddy street, tambaram west. chennai 600045. south india. he inspected our television and he issued receipt for that inspection 13756 dt 10/12/2015 and claimed rs. 200/- for visiting charges he advised the service people will take that television with two working days but till today no one is not respond to our phones past 20 days. kindly look into this and take immediate action to resolve the problem. we feel samsung will give better service than you. regards, harry joseph chennai / india.
