I went on the website on Saturday to order for the first time. There was a pop-up advertising 40% off if I input my email--which I did. I placed an order (350020460339) for the Chef's Pic w/snacks. As I progressed through the steps, I kept expecting to see the 40% reflected. After I hit the final button, I discovered that I had been charged the full amount of $347. 98. I sent an email and received a reply saying to contact Customer Service. I have spent the past 45 minutes trying to figure out how to talk to a real person--since none of the options were appropriate. I am very disappointed in the company's customer service so far and feel that if this is the norm, I have made a mistake in becoming a customer.
I have no complaint. The South Beach Diet has worked well for me. I used the SBD to jumpstart my weight loss program. I have lost 11 lbs. At this time, I can no longer afford the keep ordering. Please cancel my subscription. Pearl Wilson , Hermanvillle, MS.

Apparently there has been a MISTAKE. I cancelled my "membership" and just came home to find a delivery. I called and spoke with Janay who informed me that orders are not returnable or refundable. I asked her who she was going to inform about this matter and she said "no one. " I asked why not and she told me "There is no one to inform". She wished me a good night.
