I received a letter from your office of a rate increase of $33. 76 for my next renewal on June 21, 2018. I do not think this subscription is a very modest change. I am a loyalty customer. In 2015 the delivery service was $11. 95. So from 2015 to 2018 in four years a jump increase of $21. 81. I am not satisfy for the enormous increase. I live on fixed income and retired. I request to cancel my subscription for the month of July. Sincerely,

Called back, but was to late, got my paper a day late DAH.

Spoke with a representative on Thursday 8/4/16 to cancel subscription however he suggested to cancel only daily, but to keep the Sunday issues for the sale papers, , etc so I agreed. I called back the next day to verify the payment amount for just the Sunday paper for my automatic bank bill payment and another representative said I have a credit and verified the transaction done the day before changing to Sunday only. She told me that I would get a bill before the end of the month. So today, Sunday August 7, 2016, went to the newspaper chute at 630am to look for a paper there was none. I thought it was too early, we had a church function and just now arrived home at 230p to find the newspaper chute still empty meaning no delivery was done even though the change on Thursday was only to cancel the daily issues, Mon thru Saturday. Can someone please check what the representatives did and what happened to my Sunday edition home delivery. Sincerely

I was being patience, but this is the 3rd Sunday I did not receive my Sunday only paper. I signed up for Sunday only paper at a Food Show at Bleisdeil Center. My first copy should have arrived on July 24th. The people at the Publication said, "Sorry we will get it fixed-not". If I do not get my paper next Sunday.
