Till now is it active or not, your staff donot know, inspire it is receiving messages and sending also and calling. 2. Good evening. I arrived to Milano on September 29. I went to a Vodafone office at the Malpensa airport. There, I bought
Two Sim cards. One which was supposed to have unlimited internet for 35 euros and the other one which had ten gigabytes for 20 euros. Both started working at normally. The Sim card )20 euros) stopped working at the third day. The Sim card (35 euros), stopped working on September 4. I went to a Vodaphone office here in Florencia, they could only fix the Sim Card which holds ten gigabytes. I called customer service, the lady told me that there was nothing to do She gave me three days unlimited internet. But if I want more, I have to pay for it. That is NOT fair. I already pay for a Plan, 55 euros, and I am NOT receiving what I paid for. What are you going to do to fix this Vodafone?

On August the 18th we purchased two SIM cards from Vodafone outlet at Malpensa airport, terminal 1. SIMs: 8939104450047263267 and 8939104450047263275. The sales lady assured that the phones could be activated in two hours. We left Milan shortly after and attempted to activate the phones. Despite numerous attempts we could not activate the SIMs, you may check that there was no use of either card. All two weeks of our travel we had not been at locations where there Vodafone centers could be found. At one of the locations there was a computer specialist in our party, and even he could not connect. It was an awful experience to travel in a foreign country without a cell phone connection. We expect to be reimbursed forthwith Otherwise our credit card provider would be involved in this dispute, besides posting the info on line and with different travel services.

I purchased a 3G data and 300 minute plan in Rome June 22, 2016 with number 3499770569. Ii was told it would cost $30, but then the assistant said he would give me a discount to $25 and was told it would be activated by 11am on June 23. I was able to use the phone to call, but not once could I use the data. I also turned off all my data when I was not trying to get online. When I went to a vodaphone store I was told I used all my data yet not once was I able to get online. I was very disgusted in this service. When I go to Australia I always use vodaphone without any problem, but in Itsly it was a different story. I will never again buy a useless SIM card and service from vodaphone. Hoping you can help I purchased a pre-paid promotion with Vodafone Italy ?+39 342 0994459?. I have tried calling numbers provided, but can understand italian so unable to work through menus
I have been to a number of Vodafone stores, but no one really seems to understand me/what they are doing. While I apparently have a international promotion, all calls seem to be charged against standard credit so I keep running out. But then in the store they tell me to renew the international promotion. I also seem to have two data plans instead of a 6G I was promised with the international promotion (300mins to Australia and italy, 3G + 3G additiinal data. Can you help?

Hello. I purchased a prepaid SIM yesterday in Italy. I only use it for data. I do not think I have a phone number. The phone was working all day with no problems. I turned my phone off to save the battery because I needed to save some battery to operate my GPS after I left the restaurant since I am new to Italy. When I paid for the device, the shop failed to provide me with the VAT duty free form for me to claim the 22% vat paid on the item. I complaint to the shop assistant, she was neither prepared to reimburse the money, nor was able to do anything about it. Is it possible to top off my account online from the United States? Please explain the procedure. Second, I will be in Italy and France again this November and December. Is it possible to use my Vodafone SIM on the SFR network in France without complication? If not, please explain what I must do to use my Vodafone Italy account in France. Thank you.

Maranola di Formia (LT), 28 September 2015Dear Sirs, In Italy we are clients of Vodafone Internet since June 2010. As we live / are staying only for ca five or six months in Italy we don’t use our full abonnement. For the rest of the year (6 or seven months) we live in the Netherlands. Moreover in Italy we have also Vodafone-mobil. In the Netherlands we have also a Vodafone Internet –connection (ALL-in-ONE = TV phone Internet). So, we are paying double to Vodafone. Now we are trying to reduce out Internet-costs and we are searching for a better solution. The most simple solution could be to pass to another Internet-provider who is taking in consideration our situation. Our demand is to reconsider the contract that we have with Vodafone.
