I have a 2008 Passat. VIN WVWLK73C08E 029714. I have had rust issues with this car starting in 2014. FIX Auto in Waterloo did work on the two rear quarter panels and the fix did not include any new metal. The rust was in the same spot that was just approved and properly fixed with new metal on my 2010 Passat. I was told that VW Canada refused to fix this 2008 Passat because the paint on the quarter panel was on too thick and this indicated an earlier accident. I called FIX Waterloo last week and they verified that they just scraped the rust off in 2014 and could very well have put more paint on.

After validation we discovered that we should replace the defective board and the main reason is due to Manufacture problems, there is a modified board with new release and here is my problem. After investigating, we found that there is a Recall from your company to several county like USA and Canada. But not for my country Lebanon and the cost is around $1, 200. I would like, kindly to ask you please if you can accept my request and grant our agency in

Hello, I recently purchased a 2015 Passat TDI and assumed everything was up to date. I purchased it with planning a trip to the east coast. All the routes took me through the US. The map version shows ver 8213. Is there an update to this. I have to tell you that my three children all have vw's, Golf R, Rabbit, Metra TDI with over 500, 000 km. They were so pleased to see dad finally getting on board. I've been a GM person for 45 years and I'm so pleased with the ride and comfort of this vehicle. We put 1700 km to the coast and was very comfortable. Thank you if you can help me. David.
