Could you please advise how to delete all information on my accounts for all on line purchases and pharmacy information. Have tried everything and nobody locally can help at Walmart. The Reason: I would like to have my wife Joyce N. Toepper have the availability to up date and use the computer for her pharmacy prescription's and mail order purchases. Seeing her prescription's along with the descriptions and RX number is easier for her to see and make sure she is ordering properly. Please advise what to do to get this right.

This is not a complaint. I would just like to thank the pharmacists in Walmart Oakdale La. Their help and courtesy has been above and beyond. They have always worked very hard to resolve any and all issue with my perscriptions. Could not ask for more. Thanks to Mr. Paul Mr. Joe for all your help. Would not go anywhere else.

Walmart Neighborhood close so I have to transfer my mother prescriptions to store 2769 (5626 Walzem Rd San Antonio Tx 78218). It was TERRIBLE. This pharmacy is not prepare to receive new customers. I was on time in my mother's refills, but a lost them because I got to wait 48 hrs for the transfer, but I wait for more than four days. After ten years as a customer I have to change the pharmacy. Is just IMPOSIBLE talk with some one who CAN explained to me clear what happened and What I can Do. At this point I talk with my mother's Doctor who make for us other prescription for aprox. eight medicines and look for another pharmacy out of Walmart.

I went into pick up two prescriptions for a sinus infection. I am a manager for a storage company. It's 100 plus degrees outside. I work in the heat and office. I had a cap on no make up left and my shirt looked like I had been in a dust fight. I said I had two prescriptions. She looked at me said ok. The steroids are not expensive, but the antibotic is steep. My benefits start on 13 Aug 18. I said ok. Well I need the antibotic. She said well it's 44. 00. I leaned in a little closer and laughed. Do I look like I cannot afford 44 dollars. The pharmacist heard the entire conversation. I was tired and not feeling well. She doesn't belong in customer service. This was at the Boerne Tx store on 17 Jul 18.
