I have it on contract from The Phone House in Orihuela which I visited today as they have just reopened after lockdown, but they were unable to help me as they could not provide me with a replacement phone for the time mine was sent away for testing. Hello, my name is Julie Curran , I bought a phone for a friend three years ago, her name is Emma Anderson. She has not used the SIM card for a while and forgot the PIN, so she now needs a PUK code. The number is 722 653 926. I do not have any of the paperwork any longer however I bought the phone and SIM from Ondara phone shop. Are you able to give me the PUK code as she needs to access her phone.
I called Yoigo on 0034 622622622 and ask if there was somebody there that speaks english. The lady said that there was and transferred me. I was left on hold for 20 minutes before I hung up.
On the second of may l tryed to put 50euros onto my phone via Yoigo web site. But after my information was put onto the computor it said that the tranaction was not accepted, so on the third of may l went to a shop and paid 50euros cash which went onto my phone. Later that day my bank statement showed that the money had been taken out by Yoigo on the second of may, but not credited to my phone. Since then l have spent hours on my phone on 622 to many Yoigo staff trying to rectify this problem. All l want is for Yoigo to refund my money. One member of Yoigo told me to check my bank statement as it had been returned. This was not true. My phone number is 622497837. Can you please help me with this problem.

I live in the UK and my parents live in Fourtuna Spain. I have taken to Spain a Samsumng Galaxy S6 Edge for them to use. They have purchased a SIM card, but the phone is requesting a PUK code for the SIM. You send me an email requesting my mothers details as the SIM is registered to her. I sent the details over two weeks ago and not received a reply. I would like to call to discuss, but I like in the UK
