L was told that my order was delivered 219 miles away from where it was meant to be delivered and l was asked to get the order myself by telephone adviser called Nabela Ahkatar. I have had the same problem as the one described below. I bought goods online and have both phoned and e mailed regularly for the past two weeks. Each time I have been promised that I will receive a courier e mail to arrange a time slot in the next 24 hours and each time have heard nothing.
I cannot get to a store as there is not one near to my home and I work full time. I would like a refund as soon as possible. I do not want the goods in my home. This has cost me a considerable amount of time and frustration.
