This is Miss Roberts I ordered one of you Dolls it was delievered last Thursday when I put battered in the doll the doll Googled and the legs moved once so I pressed the dolls chest again it Googled, but the legs was making a screeching noise and it wasent working I phoned last Friday and explained wot happened about the doll left a message and i was told they would send me a email which I didint receive so I would like to be sent a return slip ASAP. I paid for the doll on my credit card which I have now paid off I would like a check sent to me please to Debbie Roberts and 189pounds sent to me that's how much I paid for the doll and 999. Pounds for sending me the doll I would like an email to let me know if you are sending me the return form and the cheque thanks Debbie.

I must say I was disappointed when I received my doll. The glue for the hair you could see it you couldn't do anything with the hair it just stood up. All toes and fingers were all the same size. Her legs look too small to her big body. Her ears stick out. I will be unable to return her I am disabled and it's just too complicated. I guess I will put her in sleeper and make her wear a bonnet I am just disappointed. I had ordered Little peanut and she was perfect Tried to send pic would not let me.

I am Theodore Brown that placed an order (Jada and Jayden) with your company in December 2017 for $ 188. 98 and have not gotten the dolls as of January five, 2018. The supposedly shipping date was 12/15/2017 in a round about way of delivery. I checked with USPS and FedEx and neither company has the dolls. I cannot seem to contact your company for any information on the where about of the dolls. I need to hear something or get a refund of the purchase price.

I tried to place an order by phone for tummy time doll. The website said five payments of $28, but when I ordered she said I would have to pay four payments of $39. She checked the website and verified that it said $28. I cancelled the order because that is false advertising and poor customer relations. She said she would have the website changed, but that does me no good
I think I should have been permitted five payments of $28 like it said.
