I requested for a postpaid to prepaid conversion for my number (98414 45787)on 27th May 2015 and its 30th May 2015. However, my SIM is not yet active. Despite making payment and settling my dues in advance, this delay has happened. Today, the reason given by the Customer Care Office is that mine is an MNP number. This is very evident when I gave my number on the first office and I should have been informed about this delay. Being a marketing consultant, I have lost considerable amount of business because my clients are not able to reach me. If I do not get connection, I will have to take legal action.
