I was trying to take advantage of the free gift for doing a survey. After making my choice and filling everything out I proceeded to the next prompt. I realised there is a fee of two dollars for each magazine. This was not mentioned in the beginning. I think this is false advertising and so does my husband who is a contract lawyer. It says you will get a 100 dollar gift. A gift does not charge you a FEE. Dors this make since to you? If not I'll ask our personal friend, the Federal Judge
I'm not making this up. His son goes to scholl with my grandson. I hope to receive a response.

I am receiving billing from House Beautiful Magazine for $10. 00 twice. I received this magazine from a promo thru Bizrate for a survey that I took. I was to pay $2. 00 per the four magazines that I chose for a total of $8. 00. Bizrate debited my bank acct. For the charge. I have not received any magazines from House Beautiful, only bills. Yes, what the hell kind of business do you run. I took a survey three months ago and received a year of free magazine subscriptions from you ripoff artists, and then tody(not nine months from now) you just helped yourself to $122 from my checking account. I guess three months equals a year in your world. So I tried to call your customer service number and I get redirected to another survey for a chance to win a Caribbean cruise when all I wanted to do was to talk to a real person to solve this matter in a civilized manner. But since I've been getting dicked around I have, but no choice, but to be pissed off. Your little stunt could have cost me an extra $35 if I didn't have enough funds in my account. You guys must think I'm made of money, but I'm not because the people who run your Bizrate have all the money in the world by ripping off poor people like me, I want my money back asap.

I was recently prompted to do a survey today 7/8/2015 and that I would receive four magazines for $2. 00 each when I received the bill Via e-mail it said that I owed $202. 37 I never ordered the last three magazines that were on the bill. Cooking Lite, People, and Time please remove the last three magazines if I do not get a response within 24 hours I will call the bank to block this order and I will contact the better business bureau I hope this was an error that can be quickly rectified.

I have purchased through Bizrate numerous times and have not had a problem. However, last month I visited Bizrate to buy a gas grill. One of the companies listed had a very good price - to good to be trueas it turned out. I checked on line for the company and it said deliverywas slow, but products were delivered and new. I assumed the companies were reviewed by Bizrate before they are allowed to post on your website. However, that does not appear to be true as this company Zoppels.com is atotal scam. Could you please respond if the companies you deal with arebeing checked to be sure they exist etc?

I did your survey and got magazines for $2. Each. I was led to believe that I would NOT be renewed automatically. You renewed me anyway and charged my account $33. $59. $36.39. You even tried to trick me again when I tried to cancel the "renewed" subscriptions. I will wait a few days to get my refund. I will then go to the Better Business Bureau, and the Attorney General if this is not refunded quickly.

I place an order with Easy Spirit and did a survey. After completing the survey, the offer came that I could order four magazine @ $2.00 each, which I did and put information in with credit card. I was given phone number of magazine place and called later in the week and asked if they received this order, they check and did not also, check my credit card bill and the charge for $8.00 was not on that. I had done this one other time ( maybe last year) and everything went through fine. Is there anyway that this can be checked on. I really want these magazines!
