In August of 2017 I sent my Bodum Bistro Burr Coffee Grinder to the New York address for Bodum, at the suggestion of Matt Tracy at that office. The grinder had stopped working, and though the product was out of warranty, I was hoping that it could be repaired (at my expense, of course). On January 27, 2018, since I had not received any response from Bodum, I sent an email to Mr. Tracy requesting that he respond. I received a form reply stating that "Your request (39641) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff. " I am still waiting and I am - quite frankly - shocked at the poor customer service I have thus far received.
After only a very few uses my Bodum garlic press simply broke. Appears to be made of inferior cast iron material. I would like it replaced.

Model 11452 KettleI have recently bought this beautiful kettle, BUT, I am disappointed in that after it has boiled (but not sufficiently long as to switch it off, if I take it off the stand and pour some water out, the kettle does NOT AUTOMATICALLY switch off (as another kettle brand, not as beautiful as Bodum's, does). This means that energy is wasted by making the kettle boil and boil (because the water is low) for no pruspose - because I have already used all the boiled water I need.

Agreed unacceptable wait. Said he would investigate/e-mail same day No e-mail I rang this morning 26th Jan Chris stated checked FedEx mis-routed order. Said sent e. Mail Monday and order should be received today Still no e-mail or jug. Now have had enough and request that £10. 50 for the jug AND £8. 00 for delivery charge item which not been forthcoming both reimbursed to my account
I wonder if London address and "Chris" are scams using your company's name. Feels a little suspicious. I hope that Bodum will have the courtesy of a quick response. Alternative is laurie-t@mail.com Thank you.

I have just recently been bought a Bodum travel mug as a gift, but after a few weeks the outer layer detached from the inner to which this does not make it thermal i am very disappointed with this as i thought very highly of Bodum please could you provide me with an address to send it to yourselves for you to see.
