I used to pay onine bill for BSNL landline/broadband through BSNL portal, but for the last one month there is no
outstanding bill showing on portal. I raised multiple online complaints as well as over call, but there its still pending or no resolution. My mobile number is 9416051382 and the billing is post-paid. There was a delay of 13 days in paying the bill due to my being outstation. The bill amounting to Rs. 848/- has now been paid on 8. 4. 2015 vide cash receipt number RTK1000707041500013. The account number of my phone number is 102199612. The outgoing call from my mobile number were stopped two days ago. Secondly, when I was on roaming from three to seven April, 2015, there was no connectivity. I do not understand the reason of disconnecting the phone. In the first instance my outgoing call may kindly be restored with immediate effect and later the loss of connectivity for two days should be investigated.
