Still that guy did not respond. #Rajinder from Rohtak Office- He's also not supporting us and said to talk with the distributor. Now, Rajinder is not picking the call. #Distrubtor- Same as not responding. About, distributor field team member, took the setbox for repair on 26 June. After many follow ups, he's provided the very-good condition of setbox.

My cable operator whose no is 9216099075. Always argue when I ask him about connection and he have always some pet words 'dekhna h cable to dekho nhi to connection katva do' he always says same words. I newly shifted here at that time he said same and now i asked him about Sony and ajtak channel that why they are off air then he said I don't know and sbko ye problem h dekhna h to dekho vrna ktva do connection. And his no is always switch off when I want to complaint about connection. He is very irritating person as way he talk. Very irrisponsible about his work.

Theservice was discontinued by July 2016. Now the representative of FASTWAY told to pay the charge for last three month i. E. JULY, AUGUST and SEPTEMBER 2016. Jitender Negi is unable to provides better service regarding cable to me and also register my complaint 3432171 had been logged to your Ludhiyana office. Kindly take some immediate/corrective steps to resolve my complaint as soon as possible. Dear Fastway Cables,
I am a regular customer of your Fastway Cables since February 2014. But my experience does not favour your services given by your local fastway dealer Mr. GUllu. Covering area of new partap Nagar GT Road Amritsar. I have three SetTop Boxes. None of these have i ID cards. Many time service remains suspended in a day. I have paid annual subscription. But i have never been given any receipt despite of demanding receipt for the same. Some times i feel that there no one who can command and control properly on these so called money making dealers. Who are ruining your Honest Image into Dust.

My cable is not working since last evening and to-day I called the aforesaid operator at phone No. 98782 89230 more than seven times, but he is not responding. Either he switches off his phone or fails to respond. I also tried to contact on other phone 99157 85124 thrice, but got no response. The Tv shows error No-104-NO SIGNAL. May I hope earlier solution.
