I purchased two GROUPON VOUCHER for DeeZ Biryani Kamla Nagar, DELHI vide Pur ID No. 3753359 Dt. 15-06-2016. When I visited DeeZ Biryani I was shocked to hear by Mr Jeet(Restaurant Manager) that One of My Voucher was already redeemed just 30 minutes before of my visit at the same restaurant. Mr Jeet also accept that no one came in the Restaurant with the Voucher to redeem before us still he found online that my voucher is already redeemed. I can not understand this attitude of Mr Jeet, but I was helpless. Please note that the voucher was exclusive for the DeeZ Biryane Kamla Nagar, Delhi-110007 and can not be redeemed any other outlet of DeeZ Beryani. Just not only I've to face the awkward and embarrassed, but also have to pay extra money. I request you to look into the matter and to resolve the problem as soon as possible by refunding my money back to me either to provide the voucher again.

Ecom courier is saying the number is invalid and they have not received any shipment till now (17th of January).
