Bought a coupon from Fave in July for a 6-inch D24 durian cake from Emicakes. Fave advertised as less 33%, so I paid $28. 80 instead of $42. 80. But when I collected the cake from Emicakes, I found out that the original price of the 6-inch D24 durian cake was $28. 80. It was NOT $42. 80 as advertised in Fave. I felt even more cheated by Fave when the same cake was on promotion in July for only $24. 50 I thought I got a good deal from Fave, but it turned out that I had paid more. Fave should stop misleading customers by posting prices that are not true.

Tried to call the hotline many times unable to get through. I purchased the Kinohimitsu Health pads X ten boxes from your website on 307/2016. I have very good reason for the refund. My son and I went down for the session and was very disappointed
with the whole organization and management of the business. Visual Art Center paint supply was not enough to paint two paintings. Moreover, they only give us some browns, Green and one flat tube of red and some flat tubes of yellow. We request for more paint supply and more colours, but they took out a few more cans and small tubes claiming that its more than sufficient. We have been to other ART Jamming places like Arteastiq social painting. Arteastiq let us paint freely and the paint supply is free flow, their colours varieties are multiple. With such restriction Visual Art center should not sell their session as Social painting with tea and rather Children art session

I bought a package from Groupon (for Taiwan hotel) for SGD355, and attempted to contact the hotel to utilize my voucher. However there was no response from the merchant. It appeared to me that the deal was closely related to being a scam Tried contacting Groupon, but their offices are either in India or Philippines and they could not give me any useful advise. In the end, I had to spent additional 40% for my Taiwan hotel and this saga created much troubles which were uncalled for. Groupon staff (located in India) ignored my emails on many occasions (despite me informing them that it is an urgent matter as I am flying off to Taiwan). As much as Groupon insist that they value customer satisfaction, their email replies were nothing above the minimum satisfaction. What should I do? Should I post the email exchanges here?.

I bought a deal and on reviewing the voucher realised the amount purchased was incorrect. I wanted to buy the deal $50 for $100 voucher, but it appeared I had paid $100 for the $200 voucher. I requested for an amendment, but they just conveniently sent me the standard response to gift away the voucher. I provided alternative option that I prepared to change the order to two $50 deal instead, but they just won't lift a finger to help. With such a poor quality service I will not be buying from them anymore. I would urge all my family and friends not to buy through them anymore.

I have been a supporter of Groupon for some years. Recently I purchased two vouchers for accommodations for holiday. Due to unavoidable circumstances, my itinerary changed and I requested for a refund of my vouchers which I would not be able to use. Was told refund would be processed w/in 3-5 working days. Was grateful to hear that. To show my continued support, I purchased a new GROUPON voucher for a 4D/3N stay for a hotel deal that would suit my changed itinerary plan (though I could get a better deal elsewhere). Its 15 working days since I lodged my request for refund for my previous two vouchers, todate, nothing happened. No refund. Impossible to reach anyone on their customer service line. Tried to contact their customer service number everyday, but rang out w/o anyone answering ALL THE TIME. And am still calling. WHAT A DISSAPOINTMENT
I would hesitate to recommend anyone to have any dealing with GROUPON if this is the kind of service they give :((.
