Hi, starting yesterday - April 1st, I am trying to migrate my email (on domain "kaleidosense.com", currently hosted on godaddy) to gmail, for which I have also paid for the one-year plan already. I bought one game for SGD 5. 32 for my son from Google Play on the 28th Feb 2015 and since March 1st 2015 to March 8th 2015 there have been deductions every day for a week from by debit card. For March 1st there were seven deductions and for each day after that there were three deductions a day each of SGD 13. 39. I didn't check my account for a week and when I checked the transactions this morning I found all the deductions. The total amount taken is SGD 470. 27. The name registered on my statement that the payment is being made to is GOOGLE *RTSOFTDOTCOM GO OG. My bank recommended that I cancel the card to prevent further deductions, which I did this morning. I believe this amount is being fraudulently deducted from my account and I would like to know what actions I can take to get my money back. I urgently need help with this.

Dear sir/Mdm, My Google account is billed to a credit card which has heavy usage. As such, I rarely look at the individual transactions monthly. Instead I looked at it once in a while. I recently checked and was horrified by the sheer amount of purchases on an app game called Game of War.
