I have made the renewal premium payment Twice for the same policy. LIC Policy NO 331443884(half yearly mode)details are below:
1. Net banking dated 05-01-16 and Transaction No-121269800001 Amount Rs. 3253. 00
2. Credit Card Payment dated 28-01-16 Transaction No 002698 Amount Rs. 3253. 00

Sir, My policy no, 333211586 in br. 122. It is an ECS premium option. But in August'15 the cheque was dis-honoured due to some technical reason from my Saving Bank. Axis Bank Sect-14, Gurgaon. So please advice, if LIC will forward the payment request again or any other formalities to proceed the payment from my side.

Sir, My LIC Policy No. 333516605 with the name of Bharat Bhushan . I got for money back payment form of Rs. 20, 000/-, which I deposited on 10th Apr 2015 with all related documents. I got message on 18th April that my bank account is registered with NEFT with union bank of India. I didn't get amount of Rs. 20, 000/- in my bank account.
