While we try login to your website as a registered user after entering the long name and password one more field to be filled for question. After filing the right answer also system is not allowing and showing user ID and password incorrect in fact the ids are correctly entered. And yesterday i visited to your branch even in the branch also debit /credit card payments are not accepting. I would like to know why the simple ways making trouble to the customers? If for security purposes not accepting card payments then how the payments accepting through online (only some companies cards) why?
