I relocated from one company to another company in January 2013. Both these companies are having tie up with national insurance for medical health insurance policy. I paid my premium last year (2012) in my previous organization and this year (2013) I paid after joining the second organization. Now the issue is that I went for maternity claim through my current organization, my claim has been rejected saying that I should complete nine months of service in my current organization to eligible for the claim. Could you please let me know is there any other way to get my claim because I am paying my premium continuously to same insurance company, but from different organizations.

policy no.370503/31/13/6200001044 for my policy renewl i went to your jodhpur office ,the officer told me Rs.740/= for the renewl,At the time i told him the amount is excess,because last year the amout was Rs.602/=officer told me that the rate is incresed so i paid them cash rupees 740/=,after ten days policy received,I saw the total bill amout is Rs.643/=why the officer charged me the extra Rs.97/=please arrange to give me the refund.
