HUL Pureit Authorized Distributors (Arian Enterprises, Gurgaon) are unethical and cheat customers. three days back, I booked a new germ kill kit. The same service man from Arian Enterprises came to replace the germ kill kit and gave me the same bill that he issues each time. However, just after a few hours I received the service, I realized that water was leaking from the purifier. When I tried to contact the same serviceman (he sticks his contact details on my pureit purifier each time he comes), he denied duty and switched off his phone. I called up Arian Enterprises (Contact number on their Bill). They also took no action and talked in a rude manner saying they were not answerable for the service. I have received no service and am disappointed in the company. Immediate action would be appreciated.

I am already using a water purifier of "eureka forbes". I thought of changing the filter as the one I am using currently is quite old. I had no complaints with my product, but i thought of using your product, which has turned out to be a bad decision eventually. You people are not even installing the product, no offline assistance from your part. Pathetic service. I have just bought your product and such bad behavior from your customer executives; not to forget your awful service. No one visited despite of multiple requests from my side, and then you have the audacity of sending me a message stating that the installation is done and was i satisfied or not. Obviously i wasn't satisfied, rather it made me think about the sanity of your customer service officials.
This is a case of consume.
