Hi Reliance Care, My Reliance postpaid number is 8882943270. I lodged a complaint due to network problem in last month. They gave me 15 days of time that my problem will be resolved. I waited for 15 days, but there was no any changes in my problem. After 15 days, i lodged a complain to deactivate my service due to unsatisfied by service. After two days, i got a call from customer care number. They admitted that issue will be resolved. Again i believed and this was my fault till the date my service is not resolved and my outgoing calls are also barred. I am unable to call to any one. My service charges is applying per day. I got Rs 1021 bill and there is a charges of late fee, again i lodged a complain on 26th of October and same thing. They admit that my service will be resumed after 48 hours, but it is not started yet. Again called to customer care. Again they lodged a complain and asked me to waited for three more day. So can you please tell me how many days i have to wait? During my barred service why i will pay the bill.

I am using Reliance pre-paid connection and yesterday one rupee is Deducted from my balance, today ten rupees are Deducted for VAS services. But there is no VAS service activated on my number and my call couldn't be connected to customer care. So please do needful.
