Damage to the Furniture transported from Jablapur-Bangalore - Door Delivery - Way Bill number 464865312I have booked the brand new furniture's of teak wood from furniture shop in well packed condition at Jabalpur to be transported to Bangalore and to be delivered at my home. I have received the same on 08th December 2014 in damaged condition. Copy of way bill and Photos enclosed for your ready reference. VRL at Jabalpur have lifted the furniture from furniture shop directly. There is no intervention at any stage by any one except VRL staff. 1. The legs of all the sofas have been separated. 2. Handle of easy chair has been broken in to several pieces. 3. Sofa bottom wooden plank broken. Please depute a responsible and decision making person of VRL to get the first hand information of the same and organise for replacement of the same at the earliest. I cannot keep the furniture in this condition any more at my residence. Hopeful of prompt and immediate action as soon as possible. 2. Handle.
