Very disappointed today at lunch. Wanted to have a hot lobster roll with just coleslaw. Asked how much would that have been. I was told I would still be charged the full amt. I did not want the soup or FF and you should have alacarte prices. I will have to go to Lenny and Joes or westbrook lobster to enjoy just the lobster roll and coleslaw. Thanks for listening.

Last night I ordered a "large pour" glass of Kendall Jackson Reserve Chardonnay. It took 18 minutes, with two reminders to our waitress, for my drink to come. In that time, my husband and two daughters received their sodas and had time to drink about half. This happens EVREY TIME

There must be some sort of procedural issue which is absolutely not my fault and for which I should not have t wait. Please address this issue.

I have a complaint about the 99 Restaurant in wareham, ma on 40 Rosebrook place. Last thursday )7-13-17) i ordered two gold fever wings XL plates to go. When i got home the wife and i sat down to eat. Her plate was fine, but mine had half of an actual chicken wing in it. I took a bite of this not realizing it was an actual chicken wing. I ALMOST CHOKED it should be all boneless. I called the restaurant, spoke to the manager on duty and he apologized and offered me a gift card. I told him this problem should be addressed with the cooks. Who knows where that bone came from, and who touched it. I had this thing in my mouth. GROSS i just received the gift card in the mail, its for 10. 00. REALLY 10. 00 . that doesnt even pay for one meal. This is a slap in the face as far as i am concerned. I would like some kind of a response on this matter ASAP 617-834-0096.
