There are some stupid mf's working at AAMCO took my car in for A/C check and they didn't put the caps back on the high low side. And want me to drive ten miles to come and get new ones when it was the mechanics fault. They should bring what they took off and forgot to put back on to me. I'd never recommend Ammco besides the fact they forget what they took off your car their coupons are about as good as toilet paper because they do not honor them. The whole idea is to get customers in so they can find a way to get money for unnessary repairs.

I had an awful experience at one of your stores- the one located in Lisle, IL. I needed just a diagnosis and they asked me to leave the car with them, the whole day. They were suppose to call me when is done- never happened, so, before their closing time, I went back with my husband and asked what's going on (Jan 15th, around 4pm-4:30pm if you have cameras). I needed the car for next day, to go to work. The car was still outside, looked like they never worked on it. Extremely relaxed and rude, the "boss" told me that's a very delicate matter and they need time- "may be a day, may be two, may be theree. Who knows?". When I asked why didn't he told me that from the very beginning, he yelled at us to "get the F out of here, mo*F***rs" another employee came and start yelling at us- so we left. It is UNBELIEVABLE how rude they are and they should be hold responsible for this.

My car's transmission was never fixed after two times of bringing it back at 6700 s. Western ave. In Chicago. I tried to talk to Olyimpo (manager) about it, but he was real rude and hunk up on me. I have my warranty still and need a transfer to another location to get my car fixed right and get treated better.

I was offered a two year warranty for my transmission, So I excepted it.
Well here I am today with a car that won't move". So I contacted the western location, asking for my car to be serviced at a location closer to my home/. Which there is one in Waukegan, which is only ten mins from my home,. Plus its five min from where my car broke down/.
However the manager and the NEW OWNER to the western location was not invested in helping me!. I explained that I didn't understand what the big deal was, seeing that I was going to another branch of Aamco's? So I called the International Customer Service number, And what a HUGE MISTAKE THAT WAS! The women said her name was 'Lashet!' The first words out of her mouth was " I ain't got time for games

WOE What kind of Customer Service people talk like that?? Well apparently Aamco's Then I explained my situation to her and she continued

Brought my truck two my mechanic and had a diagnostic. Thought it would be in my best interest to have a 2nd opinion. After initial phone calls the truck was not only much more $ then my orig. quote, but much more that aamco's origianal worst case scenario quote. worst part is the customer service, or shall I say there lack of. NO calls back when promised. I made numerous calls two check on status's. My truck has been in the nb, nj AAMCO center since 6/26. Said it would be done on 7/3. Called to confirm and was told all parts were in and could pick up truck 7/3. only to be told that "perhaps" 7/5. LIES
