In April 2016 I requested a one-time inquiry from Archives.Com. Only in Nov. 2017 did I notice you have billed my Citibank card ending in 1303 $7. 95 per month I set up a dispute via Citibank. I believe they closed the account 11/14/17 and got a credit for ONE MONTH. They conveyed that Archives.Com said they could not make reimbursements going that far back. This is unacceptable. You have been charging me for an account I did not even know I had. No doubt it is the result of one of those sneaky online auto renew features. I called one of your phone numbers. After half an hour on hold, I hung up. Please reimburse me dating back to May 2016. I have never knowingly done an auto renew and never would. Notify me by phone or by an email that will stand out that this matter has been ethically resolved. Tricking people into auto renew and charging them for unused service is extraordinarily bad business practice.
