Hi, my name is Christina , I've recently had new baby and am using all of your products, as I did with my last baby too. I bought a new box of bottles in Smyth's toy shop kinsale road cork, I didn't keep my receipt, as I didn't think I would need to, I was absolutely appawled to see my new bottles were covered in green mold, I do not know how this is possible, when I bought them new in a box from the shop, this must of happened when they were being manufactured, or else I was sold Bottles, that had already been used on another child, I am very unhappy about this matter, my child could of got very sick because of this, myself and my three sisters have been using all of your products on our children, I will think twice before buying anything from Avent again.
I got the Avent Bottles four oz. With the level one nipples for newborns when I had my baby and did not have any issues with them leaking. Once it was time for me to change the nipples to a different flow, I went and bought the level two nipples and all they did was leak all over. I thought maybe I was doing something wrong so I bought actual new Avent Bottles that came with the level two nipples and they still leak. Am so frustrated with them leaking since they are not the cheapest bottles in the market and now I have a bunch of bottles that am not using due to the leaking issue. So so disappointed.

Avent 0 teats continually leak, fitting design poor. Either doesn't lock on enough or adapter ring gets stuck. Have not had this Prob b4 with other sized teats. Why is designed to fit differently than other (effective ranges). Bad design and fitting awkward at best, instructions useless. I am an NCT employee and would recommend to anyone.

Quality is not one of the things I expected would be a frequent problem. On using the Avent microwave steam sterilizer, following the guide lines of 200ml of water and six minutes as indicated for my microwave I have found a catastrophic failure in the anti colic seals between the bottle and the teat. The plastic of the seal has bubbled and melted. At first I thought it was just an isolated incident,, but at a second glance two others are showing signs of melting and bubbling. I am not to sure if you are aware of the health risk's involved in the chemical release of molten plastic? Well I am. After two week's of using you're bottles I have to now take my child to the doctors with a bad chest. I am very much hoping it has nothing to do with you're anti colic seals. Good Day I purchased a Avent Thermabag from the baby show in November 2014 in Johannesburg. I used this bag when we went on holiday in December/January and it does not work as stated. The water was hot when the bottle was placed in the bag, , but when i needed it the water was ice cold and this was still within the four hours as stated on the packaging. Thank You.

I have bought Avent under the impression that the product was the best in the industry. Unfortunately this was incorrect. The bottles are five weeks old and the changed color to a dirty brown. I have followed the procedure to sterilize the bottles and this is the out come. It's really disappointing when you get a product failure. I purchased a newborn bottle which is still in great condition after 16 weeks and am very happy with the quality. So I am now extremely disappointed that the larger bottle I purchased only four weeks ago that has completely faded. There are no numbers left on it and even the avert logo has almost completely faded. I do not put it in the dishwasher and sterilize them both the same. I can not mix up milk in a bottle without measurements. Considering the expense of the bottle I expect it should last much longer than a month.
