My name is Marko Dordevi. I am your client, residing in Puerto Vallarta and I suppose to receive my new Credit card, since the current one will expires soon. I got a phone call from carrier looking for me at Nuevo Vallarta. I do not live there for the last two years. Update of information is my responsibility thou and I am willing to go to one of the offices of Banorte in Vallarta in order to update it. My problem is I am trying to get my card from the carrier and he is not coming even if he is said he will, which doesn't make me feel comfortable. Is there anyone that can request return of that card to one of the offices so i can simply pick it up? Thank you.

I used your ATM in the Paseo De La Reforma branch today at around 1. 20pm, and I think I left my Barclays card in the machine and only took the money. I forgot to take the bank card. I went bank two hours later when I realised and the card was gone. Would the machine have taken it or will someone else have taken it? I have tried to call customer service, but noone is picking up, and no one is in the branch as it is closed today. I am from the UK and now I don’t have money so this is very urgent.
