Its a bad day for me today jan9 2020 when we went to cebuana aquarious branch in sto. Ninio meyc bul. One of your worker naka assign sa branch na yun na female kung makapagtaas ng boses walang pakundagan magsalita. Idedeny pa nia ang ginawa nia please naman paki bigyan ng diciplinary action ang isa sa mga workers nio don mapakaganda p naman ng facilities nio napakalamig pero ang worker nio prang npakalaki ng problema napakalakas magsalita at galit pa. Kame pa pinagalitan kame po ang kukuha ng payout at kailangan ang pera for month)y budget ganyan pa umasta ang worker nio po. Di qo lng nakuha ang name pero medyo chubby sia morning po ang duty nia po. My sister in-law send me money last May four, 2016 the amount of 1650 riyal from Saudi Arabia through Chinabank which was transmitted through Cebuana ML. But the CebuanaML. Buhangin-Davao gave me only the amount of 9, 596. 91pesos. Supposedly, i should have received almost 20, 000pesos which is equivalent 1650 riyal. I talked to the manager Ma'am Josephine Gierran of Cebuana Ml. Buhangin Davao Branch, but she said that's only 9, 596. 91 was deposited in my account. I brought also the receipt bearing the amount which is 1650 riyal and showed them the official receipt. But they denied that the amount is not true. I am respectfully appealing from your office to PLEASE return the remaining amount. Thank you very much for your cooperation.

Question: Do you allow your employees to go out on a date with their customers and demand for gifts like cellphones? Apparently, one of your employees from Capolay branch named Venus Ygot did such unethical act. I am an OFW and i regulary send remits to my husband in the Philippines, but got so frustrated with the extra services offered by one of your employees. I think you should re-orient again your employees about professional etiquettes, discipline and good morale as mistakes like that really affects the image of Cebuana Lhuiller. I warned mg co-OFW's to be careful too. And i hope, VENUS YGOT gets a disciplinary action for this.

we send money to Cebuana, my sister went to Cebuana Puerto Cagayan de oro she went three times and still she could not receive the money. I have already called the branch where I send the money and they said it has been forwarded to Cebuana. It is only a small amount and yet it is very inconvenient for her. I made two transactions with different recipient and there was no problem with the other one. PLEASE REVERT.

I asked favor to my friend to reload at GAISANO ILIGAN Branch because I am having my grocery. 50 for smart and 25 for globe. But i did not receive the load. The next day I complained that i didn't received the load, but the teller was saying it was loaded already. So I asked for the transaction confirmation, but teller said it cannot be traced already. IS THIS TRUE? if so it would be so much better to reload at stalls because they can provide previous days transaction confirmation and get back your money if load not received. 09071496544.
