My wife picked up an order and the biscuits were about 3/4 of an inch fried and as hard as if they were fried. The chicken needed a hammer and chisel to be eaten. The chicken must have been raise in Ethiopia and there was very little meat on the bones. This is a franchise i found out and needs its lisene to use the church's brand revoked. Will never visit another church' location again. Again the place was in crosby, tx and is a ftanchise. There are two reviews on site and both are bad.

I feel the need to let you know about the TERRIBLE experience I had at our local Church's. I live in Puerto Rico and have the Church's app. I put in my zip code and four coupons appeared supposedly for my area. When I went there they said the coupon wasn't for PR. So I ended up ordering a family pack that cost me $21 instead of the $11 from the coupon Then they didn't want to give me the liter of soda that was also supposed to be included My husband and I won't be visiting Churches again It's too bad because we like your chicken. 787-397-4828.

11/20/2015This afternoon, I went to Churches chicken on El Cajon blvd in San Diego, CA. I ordered a four piece chicken strip meal. The cashier repeated my order when she rang me up and once again when my food was ready. I get all the way home and open up the box and instead of four chicken strips, there were only three. This time however, I got my two extra biscuits that I ordered. Last time I was there, they forgot them. My point is that lately, I am not getting what I pay for. I paid for four chicken strips and two extra biscuits, but received three chicken strips and biscuits, but I was missing the honey butter on them. I guess if there is a next time, I will have to be that customer who stays at the counter and opens and inspects everything before leaving. At least then, I will know I get everything I paid for.

We love churches chicken. We live 15 mi. From the nearest one. We seem to have problems with getting our orders right. The last time we ordered, our order came with potatoes and gravy (we NEVER ASKED FOR THAT). When he got home with the order we called and the lady that took our order said, "you asked for that, I'll give you the okra, but you have to bring the potatoes back to get the okra". I think she wanted us to bring the food back because she didn't believe we got potatoes and thought we expected to keep that and get the okra too NOT He brought it back. Today he ordered me two legs, slaw and okra. He ordered himself a three piece dark mix with okra and slaw. When he got home we had ONE order of slaw I do not understand why they have such a hard time getting our orders right We have to go out of our way 30 miles(while our food is getting cold) to go back and get what we ordered We either have to stop eating at your establishment or they are going to have to try harder to get orders right.
