Bakit napakabagal ng customer care ng citi? Lumolobo na ang bill ay hindi pa naaasikaso ang card na gusto naming ipaputol. Bakit at paano sila nakakapaglagay ng credit shield insurance ng walang alam ang credit card holder? Walang policy. Walang pirmahan? Napakataas p naman ng singil nila sa insurance monthly katumbas na ng one year ng ibang bangko. At dahil wala kaming alam na may insurance pala, nagpatong patong na ang interes. Napakalaking problema pa ay wala silang bangko na pwedeng lapitan pag may problema. Pag may tumawag at sasabihin mo ang problema, laging sasabihin ay tumawag daw sa customer service. Pag tumawag naman, ubos lang ang pera ko sa load nang hindi naging malinaw kung ano ang ginawa nila sa bills. Or ano ang mode of payment at least. Mahirap lang kami na nagpapakabuhay. Pero ngayon ay magbabayad ng daang libo at nadadagdagan pa. Sana po ay maunawaan nyo kami.

Why is it that Citibank Philippines does not have a specific site/address wherein customers can request for credit card cancellation? I find it hard to get an address where i can send my concern. I have tried so may links, but cannot find any. The email portion of the one I chanced upon did not specify the email ad, just the word "email us". The SMS cfannot be sent to number 72484 and the toll-free number 1-800-10-995-9999 cannot be accessed, it simply said the number does not exist. Why is it that applying for a credit card is quite easy, but the cancellation poses a problem?.

I am Dawn Julius AM. Maguddatu, i had a citibank credit card before way back 2000-2001 when i was still a call center agent at Clientlogic Phils at Baguio city. I It had shortcomings that time, so i was not able to settle my account. I received letters from your good company after some years, so i settled my debt at your good company in the year 2008-2009 here at Dagupan city where you still have branch. Yesterday, i was trying to open a checking account with Metrobank and there was a note stating that i had not settled yet. My balance with your good company. The bank asked me for any certification to prove my settlement and advised me to contact your good company to provide me the certification and remove name from being blacklisted.
