Two days ago, I bought a four pack of Solid Albacore Tuna, 50z. Cans each. I opened the first can and was shocked at the look, color and smell of the tuna. It was gray and old looking. Hello, I placed a order via FBCUS.com here in Japan for your Bumble Bee CHUNK light tuna, I was assuming it was going to be like the John West chunk tuna I use to buy in my home country Australia, I ordered ten cans of your tuna and last night opened up a can hoping to enjoy chunks of tuna in my dish only to find its the same a Japanese canned tuna, which is not chunk, but more like puree. Why the hell claim CHUNK when its is between flaked and shredded. We are very loyal bumblebee tuna lovers. However, the last three cans, probably the same batch, had a large amount of dark and red pieces. This was not edible and than shrunk the amount of tuna left for useable eating.
The bar codes are were the same for all three cans, but the stamped codes are all different. I have saved the cans, but I would like to dispose of them since they really are not very fragrant after opened.
Please let me know how we can get replacement cans to compensate for the ones that were not entirely white in the can.

purchased three pack of solid white albacore tuna (3 oz cans). The tuna was not white like it should be - it had a lot of brown tuna in it. Also found bone in one can. Threw all three cans out. First time this has ever happened - never had this happen before. Will not buy small cans anymore, and dault if I even buy the larger sizes. Will check out the other brands of tuna on the market.
