I take a bus from Tuxedo NY to Goshen in the evening at 8:15 pm. My bus is occasionally late over 45 minutes and the Monroe bus that leaves new York city the same time passes me on time nightly. The bus sometimes doesn't even come onto 17 and tells me they stayed on the thruway because they were running late. They are consistently full and people will not move their items on a second seat they did not pay for and let me sit down without confrontation. The driver sometimes tells me they are full and I cannot come onto the bus and need to wait 45 minutes and take the chester bus and find a ride to Goshen. It's a horrible experience. My driver is now on vacation and I worry that I will not be picked up at all as has happened in the past.

Coach Usa from Goshen new york on both the seven am bus or the 7:25 OWL bus to white plains. Bus is consistently late. Jackie the dispatcher, has the bus driver wait up to 20 minutes for late people almost daily. These two late people have vehicles that they can drive to white plains, but treat the bus like their personal taxi service. We have even waited for a Middletown bus to come to Goshen for a late person and drop them off to get on our bus. I miss my rockland county route 59 transfer almost daily and need to take a taxi and spend $15 or wait for later bus and be late for work.
