I was told by a representative that you would change your name to Kindle Direct Publishing and I would need to send my book to them or you would. I can not get the book properly moved over. I seem to be forced to change from Createspace to Kindle for my books. I am being asked to download my cover and other time consuming and technical things. I am in a rush-I am going to need books for a book signing by Nov. 1. Creatspace has all this information. I just want to be able to order. I have wasted many hours and I am frustrated I initially hired someone to do all the formatting, as I am not technically savvy. Can I not by-pass all that?.

For a number of years I have been unable to access my sales report for a book I self-published in 2008 entitled Think Twice About Teaching. I realize only a very small number of books have been sold the last several years yet I have not received one thin dime for my efforts. Attempts to log in continuously fail and I do not have Microsoft Office to receive past sales reports. You need to find another way to contact me as phone numbers I call also no longer exist. Please get with it.

I received an e-mail saying my book design was complete along with a picture of a "Self Help" front cover. I phoned you and you said it was a sample and you where working on mine. I've heard nothing more (I've paid $399 for cover and $349 for interior. What's up? deborah "kicked outta heaven".
