For the second time, my shave handle has broken. I'm afraid the product is not very good. The first one fell apart one day. Without even touching it, the cartridge eject button fell off. Now, since I got the replacement, I've had a hard time ejecting cartridges. I always wind up having to pull them off. Several days ago I kept pulling, while pressing the eject button, hard enough that the mount literally yanked out of the handle. This is an "H" shaped piece of aluminum, which holds the cartridge to the handle. The cartridge is so jammed onto the mechanism that it literally pulled out of the handle so that it was totally useless. I've in the interim been using my old Gillette razor. This morning I was able to force the aluminum piece back into the handle. However, it's useless for using any of the additional cartridges I have on hand. So, I need yet another new handle. I'd appreciate you expedite this because the existing cartridge is pretty much shot already.

Before trying Dollar Shave Club I was using Gillette Custom Plus Disposable Razors in a Pack of ten for less than $10. 00. When I got my First order of Twin Blade Razors from Dollar Shave Club, I shaved one side of my face with the Dollar Shave Club Twin Blade razor and the other side of my face with the Gillette twin blade. The Gillette custom blades seem much "Sharper" and shave smoother. I have been a little disappointed in the Sharpness of the Dollar Shave Club blades. Also my initial order of 1-Shaver Handle and 5-Blades was $1. 00 for the Order and $2. 00 Shipping for a Total of $3. 00. Now I am still paying $3. 00 to get 5-Blades without a handle each time, Yet your shipping weight has gone down and along with that I'm sure your shipping costs went down. However the price that I am paying has not gone down.
