Bonjour My name is John Laur (905) 834-6776. I live in Port Colborne On. I purchased a chair from Lincoln Interiors in Virgil on March 30th 2015. Style number 21813AG, order number 0000714136 and the matching Ottoman. ILove the chair, but I have experienced problems. (1) I returned the the chair to be repaired this spring due too some bolts that snapped off and made the chair unusable. A few months later another bolt sheared off and I replaced this myself. However now the Plastic washers that allow the chair to glide back and forth, have broken. If you could send me the replacement parts, I will install them myself. I have removed the plastic coverings in order to expose the working parts and facilitate installation. I will attempt to attach a photo of the problem.

Your customer representative response stating you no longer provide service for Towne Square glider reckers since you bought and closed that manufacturer down is an unconscionable treatment of those chair owners. The representative's dismissive solution for me to recover the existing cushions shows a total lack in understanding my problem and request for replacement cushions. Your company should do better to serve the owners of a product you took responsibility for. Essentially what you have done is dumped thousands or more perfectly good rockers onto the garbage heap. I again ask you reconsider how to resolve my request for cushions on the 2-post glider rocker. It is incredible to think you cannot come up with replacement cushions for this rocker style.

Need replacement back and seat cushions for 2-post glider rocker, Towne Square model 150700, manufactured 1997. This company in Hillsboro, Texas was purchased by Dutailier in 2000 and closed in 2004. Unable to log care online. No retail store in my area. Please call me at 432 251-8175.

I have sent two messages and no one has given me a call, I bought the Dutailier Sleigh glider dark Gray cushions Model D2081cl3128 the cushions broke down can not even sit on the chair with them also washed the arm rests and have nubs all over them, Please I love the chair, but need new cushions and arm rests.
