Hi my name is Edward Doherty and my address is 15 St Margaret s Dr Pelham. NH 03076. Phone 339 227 7773. I have about 15 of the Star Trek ships. One that I got from third party w/o the magazine. I figured that I could buy one from you. I was told otherwise. If one was lost or destroyed I could get a replacement. There was no way I could buy from you. Customer service grew tried of me and hung up. I was told try ebay. This is perfect example of bad customer service. I have several open orders and a replacement for 12 Thunderchild the paint was smeared. When that is done I will take my business elsewhere. I you have any questions please call. I called customer service 9. ten around noon. Thank you for your attention.

Ian trying to cancel my Dc graphic novel collection and game of thrones model collection, I would like confirmation that this has been done please, my subscription address is 67 acre moss lane Kendal Cumbria la95qe I've tried phoning on the above number with no luck, please could some one from you phone me on 01539 730241 or 07548675895 and condnfirm my subscriptions have been cancelled it says I can cancel subscriptions any time if I have not heard by the end of this week I will simply ask my bank to cancel the payments. This is serious pleas if I don not hear I will consider further action. Starting with getting my bank to block the payments. Yours sincerely Ian Sandham .
