514-909-9263 Yves Poirier . FIRST. Just paid 5$ to try to fix by problem and did not work, , paid for nothing. SECOND. Bought one article in beginning of January and see i was getting $1. 00 ebay bucks. After buying a few hundreds in January and so far, i go check and i am at $0. 00. Why ? hope you can fix it and give me the ebay bucks on all my purchase since January 2021. Also i bought jan, 15 one card and the seller after i paid NEVER SHIP IT, decided to keep it. Is he alowed to do that ? not fair. And i got email from ebay i will be refund around three days ago and did not get it yet ? thank you and take care, yves.

I ordered two items from UGLYNBEAUTY through ebay and was charged an extra $111. Oo for shipping charges. At the time of checkout shipping was already included in the price plus the invoice/packing slip did not show an extra $111. 00. I found this out from my credit card statement. Global shipping said they did not have any hidden fees and Paypal told me to get in touch with Ebay.

Last question to my complaint in CASE ID 5161149007 filed a few minutes ago is does Ebay Canada always decide to buyers favour resp. Sellers disadvantage when it is quite clear that I, Bernhard Müller (kieran1000) have provided Ebay Canada with the correct tracking number a few times long before this case was closed which Ebay Canada will with no problem easily have to confirm if taking a closer look at this case and consequently return my money which has illegally been debited from my PayPal account. Case ID 5161149007. I herewith object to EBAY-Canada´s decision to close the above case to my disadvantage. EBAY´s assertion I have not submitted track information in time is absolutely incorrect since I provided the tracking number RR558899325DE on the day this case was opened (Jan31/2017 after buyer Gregory Boudreau had complained he had not received his item. I also emailed this buyer with no answer to this very day. EBAY simply debited my my PAYPAL account although I have provided the correct tracking number long before this case was closed. All I´m asking is to review this case again and find out that I´ve submitted tracking information in time and as a result get my money back. Thank you, Bernhard Müller .
