Etsy Customer Service Number Delineated Here With Complaints and Reviews
I have not been able to reach Etsy Customer Support. I have emailed for over a week None of the numbers that are given out are legit numbers. This is not professional.

Find out that it would cost over $75 to mail (they told me that Australia was only accepting 'Express Mail' now because of Covid. So now, she has paid for the blouse and you have the money and the item has not been shipped as I would only be getting about $10 for this sale. I have spent hours trying to figure out how to solve this. I do not want to pay extra monies for a sale I did not make because of Covid. I did tell her initially that one of the post offices I went to said they were NOT sending packages to Australia (and she told me she just received one from Texas). So, I assumed that the ban had been lifted. I did not ship the item, did not mark it shipped, but got a notice from you that you were sending the money to my bank. In my experience with Etsy, you do NOT send monies until the item has been marked shipped.

My phone contact is (951) 259-7789. I just contacted "The Sleeping Snail" about a plant purchase. There was no packing material, in fact the item was taken from
the ground (I assume) and dropped into a plastic bag. When I
received the item the plant had no instructions or even any
identification of the plant name. I had to go back into my Etsy
account and find my order. I sent the vendor a note and her reply has no positive customer
service I am not even going to respond to this vendor with her response. Perhaps, Etsy, could teach her how to respond to a customer. I have purchased many Etsy plants and this is the first time there has been

Under your search engine and individual seller listings, stationery (that which is sold on the site i. E. Paper products) is also being spelled stationary. NO, NO, NO The first spelling(correct) is a noun. The second spelling(egregiously incorrect)is an adjective They are not interchangeable
They do not mean the same thing. STATIONERYONLY
For a retail company as large as yours and being somewhat of an educational platform, this dismal and frankly embarrassing display should be corrected immediately You should not be pandering to the masses. I also put a review on pissedconsumer.com (read my review 2371317). When we know better, we do better. Stationary is not right and not professional.

I am the owner of Heather Glen Designs. On December 5th I had a sale amounting to $170 plus shipping. (Order 1873739747). The total amount the customer paid was $206. 89. I received only $143. 33 Why has Etsy kept $63. 56 ?
I have not signed up for any advertising or shipping services so I would like to know why Etsy kept such a large amount from my sale

I have ordered two products, but every time I check to see that both are on the list of products I wish to purchase. Some how I have managed to mess this up completely, so I would like to erase what is there so I can reorder Successfully. I never hit the send button because I want to have free shipping so both orders have to be on the same order form. I do not know how to erase something I never sent. Product one is 74 Dressing Table under HINGED COLLECTIBLES. Product 2: Same Heading Product 91 which is an iron. There is no way to correct the error without your help. If I did not hit SEND then it still exists.

I made a purchase about 15 minutes ago and paid via PayPal. When I received the confirmation I discovered they did not include my full mailing address. They left off the suite number which is necessary in order for me to get the package. Please add my suite number to the address. It is 2850. Why do you make it so difficult for me to reach you. Ordering from you was a mistake wen I cannot reach anyone to help resolve the issue. Just awful. The package will come to the building, but not tome because the suite number is NOT listed. I ordered a decal which came damaged in the mail due to poor packaging. I contacted the seller who said she didn't need pictures and she was able to get another one sent out. She then didn't respond for days and finally said she was on vacation and would ship one with an extra for the trouble. This was after already stating the replacement had already been shipped out. You have not made it easy to complain about an item not as advertised that I bought directly on Etsy. You have provided no links to purchase information to file a complaint, so I tried to provide it myself. The order number was order 1287061804 from AllofHerStones, which I purchased directly on Etsy, which was supposed to be a very interesting nail head tourmaline specimen. It is not in fact a rare configuration of tourmaline, implied or otherwise, but rather is a middle of the road piece of Vivianite. And so rather than a rare example of tourmaline it is a more unstable common / middle of the road example of Vivianite. Vivianite is a Hydrate Phosphate Iron derivative, which is unstable, and can not be exposed to light continually, as it causes it to break down and go dark, whereas if it were of a watermelon tourmaline it's visual beauty would be stable. I own a few examples of Vivianite of a few different configuration types, and this is a piece of Vivianite.

T has been less than a year that I have had this item and it split in half. I have contacted the company three different times, which is all on files, which I have a picture attached in one of the emails. I was not asking for a full refund, I just want a solution. I paid 400. 00 and I was in assumption that this was meant to last longer than at year. The company has yet to return my messages and I have been plenty patient, which is why I am now contacting Etsy directly. I would like something to be done in regards to this, whether it be a refund, or I can send it in to get fixed.

I think Etsy has possibly the worst customer service. You can not do a live chat or actually call someone. Instead, you have to wait days to see if Etsy will respond to an email. And I've been a seller for four years.

Hello my name is Alana Herzog . I used to buy a lot on Etsy, but a few months back I had some unautherized charges from Etsy. My ebay card caught it and gave me a new card and refunded me. Few weeks latter I tryied to purchase some wood boxes and it wouldn't leet me make the purchase. I called and recevemail in response telling me I need to reverse these charges to have accese to my account again. Needless to say I didn't respond well. I wish to get this resolved. For many reasons. I do not understand why i am being punished for unautherized charges on my ebay card. Also do not understand why I didn't get a response to my previous emails. This tell me not only is Etsy punishing people who have had their cc numbers stolen, but that Etsy simply does not care. Please do tell me this is not the case. On 11/6/2017 an unauthorized charge in the amount of $98. 41 was made on Etsy.com. This charge was entered on my new $100. 00 Vanilla Visa Gift Card. I would like to know how you might help me to resolve this. I have no idea what was purchased, but the statement available at Vanillagift.com shows it ocurring at about 7:30PM EST. I have been buying from Etsy for years and my wife has too. This month we have purchased Décor plates two pair of boots. The woman told us it will ship on the 17 of December. Now she tells me that she shipped the wrong order. My Christmas is ruined because my wife was looking forward to them. I know everyone is sorry, but that does not help. I want my REFUND TODAY. Thankfully, for Suzi Shuford who went beyond the call of duty to fix this problem. Suzi reached out to ByrdCustoms, but she refused to overnight the gift. A very unprofessional response. After various emails we learned we are dealing with a minor teenager in High School. This is a very expensive website and customers expect deadlines to be met or an email explaining why.
