I bought a hat and waited for about a week to get it and called the store they give me three different tracking numbers first was supposedly a ups tracking number second was a supposed post office number and the 3rd they said was the right number , the post office has no such tracking number , so I call again , they tell me it was never sent because they wouldn't deliver it , I have bought stuff before over the internet and not ever had a problem ,with the address , ttried blaming me for not telling them all information when I asked the representative if he needed any other information and he said no he didn't even ask for the security code to my card , so I was guessing since he looked it up on his data base he should have the rest of the information , they take my money out . I call them again for a refund because I have not hat , the worker tells me that they gave me a refund and that I should get it within 2 or 3 business days so I wait still dont get it then they say 10 d
