I purchased four Ghirardelli chocolate premium baking bars. 100% cacao unsweetened chocolate. Net Wt. 4oz. All with an expiration date of 10-31-19. G558721. All four bars are not eatable as they have turned a light brown and crumble. I would like to request either a refund or have them replaced. I ordered them online through Amazon.

I would like to know the dark chocolate content of Intense Dark Hazelnut Heaven. It is not on the label and am now concerned that it does not have the 70% or so cocoa that is considered healthy for dark chocolate. Will you please tell me what the cocoa content is.

I bought two packets of Gherardelli chocolate of 80 numbers each at your stores located at two New Montgomeri today i. E on the 24th of April 2018 vide chk 373 at 11. 36 a. M with batch no A 19381 and A34873A. On reaching home checked up and found that one had 78 numbers and the other 79 numbers only. Short by two numbers and 1no. This is not acceptable as a customer especially with a company of your repute. Shall appreciate a response from you.

I buy Ghirardelli dark chocolate mint squares three to four bags at a time. I have recently been disappointed because the creamy mint filling has been missing with just a thin line of solidified white in the middle, and all the candy in the bag like that. Had never encountered that problem before the last several months. The filling in the candy is not at all as pictures on the bag, and like it had always been before. The candy is not out of date either. The SKU of this bag is 47599 60209 with a small seven before the first number and a small two after the last. If you do not know there's a problem, you can not address it.
