I purchased a GoBank Mastercard at Wal-Mart last night thinking that it was a simple card that could be used like a debit card to pay small bills. I did not know that there would be a $8. 95 monthly fee. When I was going through the registration process, I realized this, so I am not wishing to activate the card fully as I do not wish to pay that amount of a monthly fee. I tried to contact your customer service number of 888-288-1843, but I cannot proceed with contacting them as it doesn't yet recognize the debit number or my social security number. I know that I will not get the fee I paid for the card, but am requesting the $30 to be reimbursed, and / or an explanation of how I can use the card for the $30 that I paid, please. Hello I forgot how correctly I wrote the security guestion. I can not go my accounnt. I need your help.
I had set up direct deposit with my account, but I never received an actual card only the starter card. The card that I had been using was working at first uploading and purchases online, but after shortly after no longer working without any warning and due the fact that I ordered the card I never received it which caused me not to be able to get any funds out of my account until the card comes in the mail which is seven business days. Also your company has no other way access you funds other then your card. That to me is rediculous and there should always be an alternative for you to access your funds to your account. Due to this when I am able to access my funds I will no longer want my account with GoBank and I will not be giving a good recommendation for this company and I will do everything in my power to prove my point in this matter. I was told I was speaking to corporate when I know they where lying to me just to get me to keep quite.

Uber Drivers: you can reach an agent by calling the number on the back of the card, option two (report LOST card) you will eventually reach a Human. My wait time was 40+ minutes. Be nice because it's easier to get resolution.

First problem, your voice recording does not allow you to get to customer service if it can not find you in the system. Frustrating.
