I went to see the premiere of Detective Pikachu with my passes from Gofobo. The theater said that we needed to have reserved our seats and that we were unable to see the movie. However on the paper it said no reserved seating and to show up an hour before the movie to get seats or you may have to stand to see the movie because they overbook it. We did show up an hour beforehand, but we were very upset to find out that they took reserved seating when the paper said you couldn't do that. AMC Freehold 14 in Freehold NJ was the name of the movie theater. The staff wasn't very nice, they said they couldn't do anything about it. I was very upset I left there with two crying kids. This was a very horrible experience.

I get the text messages for the free movie screenings however every time I immediately go to the Gofobo link and click for showings they are always always gone. HOW? How is it possible for the passes to be all gone with seconds something is wrong and it is so unfair to not get any passes when I am being charged for all the text messages I get stating that you are giving away free passes. Something fraudulent is taking place this the passes being distributed.

I received passes for Spike Lee’s BLACKkKLANSMAN yesterday for the BAM Harvey Theatre in Brooklyn, NYC@ 7:30pm. My guest and I arrived @ 5:30 along with several hundred other people. We waited and waited while another line was made up of will call people. Even though this line was made after our Gofobo line they were let in before us and after standing on line for over three hrs. BAM theatre staff told us “sorry we’re all full” and that we had to leave. This was a really unfair and unorganised, the staff knew much earlier than the 2-4 The movie should have started @ 7:30 and we were there until @ least 8:30 before staff told us we wouldn’t be able to get in. Your company should make amends and do the right thing by compensating all the Gofobo people for their time that stayed/stood on line for over 2-3hrs. Just to be told to leave. Thank You

I have subsequently attempted to reset my password numerous times using different formats none of which was I told were not acceptable.
