I have booked a flight To London Gatwiick with Easyjet some days ago through Govolo. I checked again and price was in Euros on the website. However, when I received the ticket confirmation I realized that the price was suddenly stated in British PoundsI booked the flight from Zurich where I am located right now so there is no way the price could have been in BPS. I checked the Website Govolo again and researched the flight and it is STILL STATED IN EUROS. I am very disappointed and hope you can sort this out ASAP as this is nearly 100Euros difference and I won't book with Govolo again if you charge my card in British Pounds. I also have to say that I will get a lawyer because I already had some prelims with your company before. I was a very good customers of yours and overlooked a few issues in the past, but this is clearly a big No-Go.

Hello dear concern
I try to book ticket for my friend from stuttgart germany to Delhi India from you. Then i got an email mentioning some error with booking number of number 499913565 from 06. 24. 2014. When i received that email i buy ticket from another company. And request you guys by email for cancellation of my booking before conformation. However when i check my visa card i saw charge of money. It's really pity for me. Even i talk with my visa card office they told me there problem in booking with govolo.
Please cancel that ticket in the name of kiran subedi from my visa card ( gyanendra dhakal). I have mail you guys for three time, but did not get any reply from there.
