Phone customer care says will take 30 minutes due to call volume. I just got a new sim card for my ZTE box. Installed perfecly. I have red flashes on the right side bars and no phone service. I need some help. Thank you. (If this is not responded to, I will keep trying by dial up so no need to respond after 11PM EST. Thank you.

I am the general manager at a hotel in Davenport Iowa. My phone number associated with my account is 563-265-4317. We were very excited to get the information that grub hub was in our area. I started to promote it here at the hotel for our guests. I put in an order today for myself and a co-worker only to not have it delivered They did call me and text me. I called back only to be put on hold for 20 minutes. When she came back on the line she told me that my food would not be delivered as they could not find the place and the food was already returned to the restaurant that I ordered from Are you kidding me No one ever showed up here and when they called me I called right back This is not the type of service that I want to be giving to my guests here at the hotel. We will no longer be promoting you in our Hotel or our area.
