I would like to inquire about my problem on the last part of my application for registration for Haad exam. I am checking and updating my personal info on bpmweb. Haad. Ae when i encounter this problem since two days. The page will not accept the DATE OF ISSUE of my passport which is already correct. Instead the page states that the my passports DATE OF ISSUE is not valid. I do not know where does the problem from. I hope you can help me as I am very eager to take the exam as soon as possible. My new company starts my transfer on May 26, 2016 and was assessed on June one, 2016, but it stopped there. Kindly consider this concern. I just want to make an inquiry. I have a licensed issued recently, but because of some conflict on my employer here in the Philippines I end up of having a complicated schedule for deployment bound to UAE and my upcoming employer is now deciding for cancelling my application. Is it possible that because they are the one who processed and paid the data flow processing and my license to ask me to pay all my dues once I cancelled my application and there is a possibility also that I will be ban for work for two years since the validity of my license under them is two years. Is there any remedy or solution for this case? Is there any way to prevent this ban? Thank you very much and I am hoping for an immediate response to this problem.

My A/C AGN106618, now the status is disapproval. I need to reopen and i know the way h to reopen. But my issue is when it is rejected two reason its mention. One CME and other six month practical experience. CME i completed, but six month practical experience very difficult to get from hospital. Because as my knowledge management hospital not allowed to work in hospital with out Haad. Please advice me. Then only i can reopen my A/C.

Good day I've been sending numerous emails for two weeks now to Haad dataflow, but still, i haven't received any reply. I also tried calling Haad, but for a week now, but they are not answering. This is regarding my dataflow application which is still pending for almost FOUR months now. I regularly ask our Human Resources Department of East Avenue Medical Center if they are receiving calls or emails regarding my application, but they always say that they haven't received anything.
