I have a 17 month old boy and I am using Huggies size 4. A few weeks ago I purchased a pack of Huggies size four diapers from Walmart Canada. Huggies Snug and Dry size four - 180 pack code:47281 00

Unfortunately its quality was not up to the mark. Too much gel started withering out from the diaper and started sticking to the baby's skin. We were forced to discard a huge number of diapers since the baby started developing rashes. I approached Walmart regarding this which asked me to contact your customer service for any such complaints or adjustments. All I have is the original box with a few unused diapers as proof. Now I need you to look into the matter and compensate in whatever way you can. Sincerely,

I have bought Huggies pull-ups training pants 4T-5T (17-23kg) for my toddler. His weight is 19kg. The pants were rubbing his skin and scratched it up to the redness and blood on both sides. I have used one diaper and the daycare used 3. I had to buy another Pampers training pants. Now I just afraid to use it as my baby got bad wounds. It costed about 14-15 CAD. Please advise if I can return it as the plastic bag is opened already.

The coupon book was worth $31. 65 and when I called in to the Customer Service line they sent me only $5 worth of coupons. I called back and they informed me that was their policy. I use huggies diaper's for my grandson all the time and recently purchased a box of little mover's size 5. I put him down for the night and the last three nights his diaper is exploding all over him and his bed, I use huggies all the time cause it is the best product out there, but this case has got me second guessing about your product. It's not fair to my grandson to be woken up by an exploding diaper that's only been on for five hours when it says there good for 12 hours, at night while trying to sleep. The stuff in the diaper is not easy to get out of the blanket's and not fair to have to throw him in the tub first thing in the morning to try to get that stuff off of him cause hes covered from head to toe with the stuff from inside the diaper and not sure how good it is for his health? I bought a box of Huggies diapers and wipes )the largest box at Walmart). This was the same one i have been buying for over 1. five years and this box has been a Huge disappointment. My daughter has rashes with this diaper and wipes. I used a different brand of diapers and wipes and she was fine. It seems that your product quality has gone poor. I purchased your newborn diapers and all my son does is pee right through them meaning that i had to go out and buy a new brand of diapers. I have been using Huggies Little Snugglers for the newborn and size one and have been very satisfied with the diapers. However, this has CHANGED once I purchased size 2. The inside lining of the diaper has now changed and is not the bubbly honeycomb quilt like pattern absorption-I HATE THESE SIZE two diapers, they leave my baby wet and you can smell the urine right through, I could never smell that before and I change her as soon as there's sign of being soiled. I am disappointed because now I have 140 diapers that I am not confident in putting on my new baby because the absorbency is horrible in my opinion. I sure hope, that I do not have to switch to Pampers. Could you please suggest a brand/type that resembles the same inside pattern/absorption like the newborn and size 1. Thank you.

I resent lyrics bought a box of snug and dry diapers that says they suppose to keep babies dry for 12 hours. My baby was down for a nap. When she woke two hours later, she was completely soaked. I am not very happy about it as it was such an inconvenience for me as well as my baby to pack her up and head into town to take the box of diapers back to target. This is not the first time this has happened and i am not going to keep diapers that get my baby soaked every time she wears them.

I have been happy with huggies for my ten months old son. However, i believe i have recently received a defective box of huggies. The seam opens on the left side and the gel comes out after only a few hours. I have found the gel in the crib, on my carpet, in my son's sleeper. This has now happened probably close to a dozen times. The gel is difficult to clean up and i have to bathe my son every time, even in the middle of the night. Although i watch my son carefully, i am also worried about him digesting the gel accidentally. I am diligent about changing my son's diaper and never leave him in a soaked one. This is why i think the box is defective. I no longer have the receipt. I no longer have the box. Just the diapers in the plastic wrapping. Thank you for listening to my concern.

I recently purchased the reusable Diaper wipe container. I loved it because of the fresh colors and the fact that i can carry them in my diaper bag with Huggins wipes. Unfortunately after one month of using the white snap has broken off from the front of the container and i am not able to use anymore.
