On November 29th, I placed an order for several items. The order number is 10495596. My credit card was charged for the full order (153. 07). However, I have not received three pairs of gloves that were included in the order (IPM Touchscreen gloves - two men pairs and one ladies). I have checked the shipping status and emailed through the Joyus website several times. If the order cannot be filled, then I want a refund for those three items that were charged. I ordered their 22" Genius Pack Carry On Spinner, but in the wrong color. I called them withing 24 hours and I was able to return the product effortlessly however, to date I have not received my money back. I explained on the return order form that I actually wanted to reorder the SAME product, but in a different color as soon as possible How could they not want to process what was essentially an exchange - they were still getting a sale? The product was received in their warehouse on June 20, 2017 and it is now July five, 2017. Repeated and daily phone calls and emails to this company go unanswered.
