I have bought a Keter STORE-IT-OUT MIDI Woodland 30 , but cannot activate the warranty. The online form will not accept this product description. I have made several attempts to get help from Keter UK customer service, but although they acknowledge receipt of my e-mails they do not reply to them. Please tell me what description will be accepted to activate the warranty.

Hi I've been waiting for a replacement of a brown chaise lounge. I spoke to a customer service rep. Over two weeks ago. She said I would receive it within two weeks. I purchased a two pack. One was perfect and the other plastic back was shattered. I'm confused if this was even processed.

This item was ordered via Amazon I found the left hinge Mechanism was faulty/Bent. I emailed you with request for replacement hinge and I received a email from you stating that a replacement has been ordered as of today I have not received replacement Hinge. I received fusion 757 on monday 21/05/17. On opening the boxes found that there are NO small parts and NO screws. This is most frustrating if you are try to assemble a shed.

2 chairs. I am very dissatisfied with the quality of the products made by Keter
Both chairs are broken and unusable. No one over 115 lbs have sat in the chairs. I am requesting a full refund if products or replacement. I would be happy to provide pictures if necessary. Thank You,

A couple of months or so back, the door shutter split, so I had to put a slab on top to prevent it opening. My parents just bought a Keter dekbox from BJ's in Paramus nj for $120 and after being outside for less than two weeks the top is deformed due to heat we assume. This should really not happen when it's meant to be outdoors and now it allows rain to go inside. Please help Leanne w80@gmail.com.

Hello, This week, i purchased the keter sumatra 135-gallon resin deck box from lowes home improvement store for $129. The front and left side panel of the box came out of the box with a section missing. It is not cracked or broken, as the missing section is smooth and appears to possibly have been an error when the plastic was being molded. The unit snaps together fine at the bottom, but the missing section exposes the metal and after time may cause rusting and my not prevent the contents from being protected from the elements as there is an opening.
Please advise what my options are. I would like a better functioning unit for the price that has been paid.
