I need to submit a claim against the after sale customer service in Qatar they are refusing to fix my son school bag bought last year from Kipling Royal Plaza Location and i offered to pay for the spare parts and fixation fees, still they are refusing to fix unless i give them the invoice. After one year why i shoul keep the invoice of school bag?
i want my son Kipling bag to be fixed that's all, and i will pay for the spare parts, other wise i will be obliged to through the bag and get red of it, then i will not buy again any of my kids school bags since there is no after sale service. Thanks in advance.
